Connect developed B2B communication products (similar to Zoom) with elements of augmented reality and a platform for integrating client brands into the AR/VR/XR gaming space.

Established business processes and created a unified ecosystem, from client briefings and task distribution to department interactions, sprint structures, and status reporting. I implemented agile and discovery practices.

Led a product team of X people and built a motivation and KPI system. I developed a product strategy and vision in three directions: mass market, multicasting, and premium-customized products. I managed a cross-functional product development team of 30 individuals, overseeing launches and releases. I was responsible for driving product metrics growth.
