Hi! My name is Irina Saraeva. I work as a Marketer, Business Developer, Product Manager. I research and discover for me different niches. Now are interesting Blockchain and Medtech. 

What I can do:

- Research and generator of hypotheses. I research consumer preferences and the level of interest in the product; I discover the market, generate and crystallize hypotheses, prioritization, set top-level development tasks, testing hypotheses/ new directions/ideas through landing pages, calls, targets.

- I am working on creating or packing a product. I define the necessary functions and features in the services, bring them to development, partially do prototyping and task control, test the solution on users, connect narrow specialists, sales managers.

- I work as a project manager: from analytics to set up technical specifications for narrow specialists and their control. I also work with my hands (not only with my head): landing pages, letters, target, SMM. I lead projects in AMO CRM, Trello, Slack.

- I create strategies for the development, PR and promotion of the product on the Internet. Work experience in 2 marketing agencies as a strategist/project and in an SMM studio as an SMM project manager. Experience of interaction with the media (comments in нужен доступ к резюме , InfoPro).

I can work as a tracker. I graduated from the Tracker Academy. I have a successful tracking case with the withdrawal of an entrepreneur to the desired income level.

STARTUP PROJECTS IN WHICH I AM PRODUCT&BIZDEV:

Joinpay (Fintech)

I perform the functions of the product, marketing, business development. We combined payment instruments on one platform, search for customers and partners, including foreign ones. Search for investors and negotiations. Initiating a loyalty launch in all products. Market analysis, feature, and product announcements on Facebook and LinkedIn. A lot of things, everything that does not relate to the code and is of strategic importance. Result: the air solution has a product-market fit, the loyalty program is in demand.

Treebo (martech)

Performed the functions of a product manager a marketer. Custdevs, hypotheses and prioritization, delivery of IT development tasks. Launching an advertising campaign and testing hypotheses. Participation in the refinement of the product, ideas for development and promotion. Negotiating with corporations, developing advertising materials (cases, landing pages, creatives, etc.). Control over the execution of tasks by developers. We continue to test niches, refine the product, and look for new markets.

Work experience in agencies, mass media, e-commerce, foodtech, fintech, martech.

Growth point: deeper technical knowledge, database skills, including AI.

My qualities: a passion for the new, curious researcher, eternal generator, integrator of partnership interactions, entrepreneurial thinking. Development: I am studying for a BASIC MBA at IBDA. I study English with a native speaker. I study blockchain technology, NFT, follow the development of projects, communicate in communities.

I want to create cool products that will change the world, and I have internal resources for this!
