• Launched a service for trade-in registration;
• Launched a product for additional funding; during 4 months in 2021 the product invited investments in the amount of 3.2 times more than in 2020;
• Increased product penetration by 2.4 times on the strength of tutorial for bank employees on each stage of property deal support;
• Formed a division within department and set a team to reach the goal: back-end and front-end developers, analytics, designer and customer journey expert.
