We invite you to join a team of 50+ Sourcing Specialists searching for top management, non-IT, and IT specialists of various levels to work either in the company’s offices or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Working with the company’s current vacancies and searching for Middle, top management, non-IT, and IT specialists.
• Selecting the best suitable sources for candidate search.
• Actively sourcing candidates using various search channels and tools (LinkedIn, Rabota.by, Telegram, X-Ray, Boolean Search, etc.).
• Posting job descriptions on job search websites and processing applications.
• Maintaining and developing the existing candidate base (working with the internal CRM system).
• Analyzing candidates’ CVs and portfolios according to the specifics and requirements of a vacancy.
• Primarily communicating with candidates and pre-screening CVs.
• Closely working with the recruitment team.
• Keeping reports on the work performed.

Requirements

• Experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter for 12+ months.
• Solid experience in using channels and tools for candidate search (LinkedIn, Rabota.by, Telegram, X-Ray, Boolean Search, etc.).
• Basic understanding of web technology.
• Proactivity, multi-tasking skills, and focus on the result.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Level of English – Intermediate and above.

• Knowledge of the IT labor market specifics.
