Сolada group GmbH, based in Schaffhausen, develops and distributes an online application called "colada". This application is used by international companies of various sizes in the areas of marketing, project and participant management.

Due to the constantly growing number of customers and orders, we are looking for a Employee/Team-member Service and Support to company representative office in Belarus !!!

Your main tasks

• - Implementation of customer requirements in all colada services
• - Collaboration in customer and service projects
• - Supporting customers in the implementation of their projects with "colada"
• - Professional support for all colada services

Your profile

• - Customer and service-oriented thinking
• - Team and communication skills (professional written and spoken communication)
• - Flexible and resilient
• - High and quick comprehension skills
• - Ability to act independently
• - Active, project and process-oriented work

Specialized knowledge:

• - Very good knowledge of browser-based applications
• - Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• - Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• - Experience in project management
• - Experience in event participant management (an advantage)
• - Languages (spoken and written): English, advantageous is a must. German will be a plus
