We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. As a crucial member of the human resources team, the individual will contribute to the growth and success of the organization by attracting and retaining talents and ensuring smooth operational processes.
 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pool to ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates (we use Huntflow).
  • Support and collaborate with other HR team members to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and support HR team (These projects may involve talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, performance management enhancements, or any other HR-related projects).
  • Manage and update HR documentation and data (systematically updating records, ensuring that all employee data is accurate and up-to-date).

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience (2 years+) as a Recruiter or a similar role with a focus on recruitment, sourcing, and operational HR functions.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
