Responsibilities:

• Assist team leads in determining potential team growth on a quarterly basis.
• Actively source and screen potential candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Facilitate the offer process between clients and selected candidates.
• Support administrative and HR-related functions.
• Emphasize building a cohesive team with shared values and company fit.
• Organize monthly online team building activities.
• Conduct 30/60/90 days reviews with newly onboarded team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully closing positions in international market
• Expertise in digital marketing and sales hiring, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent English & Russian communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Deel or similar HR and payroll management platforms, with the ability to effectively utilize technology to streamline processes.
