Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join us remotely.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop the product brand together with the CMO
• Generate and test marketing hypotheses (with a focus on effective low/middle-budget tools)
• Develop new strategic directions: break down risks, propose several budget scenarios, and provide well-reasoned justification for the results achievable within each
• Develop the company's digital presence: manage channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.) — plans, copy, metrics, and takeaways
• Take part in conference preparation: work on positioning, booth design, marketing materials, and merchandise
• Analyze the market, competitors, and target audience to identify growth opportunities
• Independently prepare some materials in Figma
• Coordinate with the sales and product teams to help package the product
• Adapt flexibly to changing industry conditions

Requirements

We're looking for the following skills and experience:

• Experience in B2B marketing; experience in fintech, banking, or gambling is a plus
• Experience with product marketing
• Experience managing social media (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
• Ability to work with hypotheses
• Confident command of Figma or similar tools for preparing marketing materials
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and stay flexible under uncertainty
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Russian internally, English for public-facing work)
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or above
