Remote Sales Specialist

An international recruitment agency is looking for a Remote Sales Specialist to join the sales team of a major company operating in the financial technology sector.

Our partner is expanding its international sales department and is looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy working with people, are comfortable communicating with international clients, and want to build a long-term career in FinTech.

Expected monthly income starts from $1,500, with strong potential for further growth.

Your responsibilities

• Consult clients on financial educational and informational products.
• Conduct online consultations, presentations, and one-on-one meetings.
• Work with warm leads and interested prospects — no cold calling.
• Communicate with international clients via Zoom and other video platforms.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience. Experience in FinTech is not required.
• C1–C2 level of English, as you will communicate with international clients on a regular basis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions, identify client needs, and clearly communicate product value.
• Confident negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of finance is a plus, but full product training is provided.
• Own computer, headset, camera, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
