Junior/Middle Full-Stack Developer (AI-First)

We are looking for a pragmatic AI-first developer who can rapidly build and deliver lightweight solutions for business teams.

The main focus will be on developing AI assistants and agents, automating business processes with n8n, building solutions with OpenClaw or similar agent frameworks, integrating internal and external APIs, and quickly turning business ideas into working prototypes and production-ready tools.

You should be comfortable using AI coding tools, working independently, making practical technical decisions, and prioritising delivery speed and business value over unnecessary complexity.

Key skills:

• Practical experience with n8n and AI-powered workflows
• Experience with OpenClaw or similar AI agent frameworks
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM APIs
• Understanding of tool calling, structured outputs, prompts, and context management
• TypeScript or Python
• REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party integrations
• Basic frontend and database development
• Docker and basic application deployment
• Understanding of AI-agent security, permissions, logging, and error handling

Experience with RAG, vector databases, PostgreSQL, or building custom n8n nodes would be an advantage.
