You'll own a client’s solution from the first conversation to go-live. Shaping what gets built, defining how and when it ships, and making sure it goes live and scales. You’ll use a combination of technical, operational and eCommerce knowledge to translate complex client needs into real world solutions across eCommerce storefront, warehouse and delivery.

💻 What you'll own

• Discovery & design. Sit with clients, understand the operation they're actually trying to build, and design the solution across all three layers - storefront, warehouse, and delivery.
• Requirements & architecture. Turn the design into build-ready requirements. Scope technical architecture, define operational processes and hold credible conversation with engineering (no coding required).
• Delivery to go-live. Coordinate the development, own the integration and implementation of the solution and lead the launch. Hands-on when it goes live, not handing off a spec and walking away.
• Single point of accountability. You sit between client, product, and engineering. When the client is happy, it's because you owned it end to end.

✅ You’ll likely have

• 5+ years across solutions, product and/or delivery in B2B SaaS, ideally in eCommerce (storefront, warehouse, delivery, logistics)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proven end-to-end ownership to deliver results for our clients (scope, timelines, risk, outcomes)
• Client implementation experience, from onboarding to go-live
• Strong grasp of IT systems and architecture - can scope APIs / integrations and talk credibly with engineers (no coding needed)
• Knowledge of fulfillment operations is a strong plus (warehouse layouts, warehouse automation, operational processes, delivery and logistics solutions)
• Comfortable in distributed / remote teams; experienced with Jira, Miro, and Notion
• Proficient communication skills in English (C1)
