Plus8soft helps global companies scale engineering teams through high-quality outstaffing. We’re a fast, founder-led, fully remote team with minimal bureaucracy and a strong focus on speed, ownership, and results.
We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Account executive/BDR to bridge the critical gap between initial lead generation and final closing. Your primary mission is to own the "middle" of the sales funnel: nurturing prospects after the first meeting, managing the proposal process, and expanding accounts through strategic intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Sales & Pipeline Generation (Hunting & Closing)
Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process—from initial outbound sourcing and discovery calls to crafting commercial proposals and closing the deal.
Warm Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on warm intros, referral partners, and company-generated leads, turning warm touchpoints into active sales opportunities.
Cold Outreach & Sourcing: Run highly customized multichannel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Cold Email, Video outreach) to book meetings with US founders, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering.
Deal Closing: Lead sales negotiations, address objections regarding pricing/delivery models, and actively drive prospects to sign contracts.
2. Account-Based Intelligence (AI-Native Approach)
Deep Mining: Use AI tools to build targeted lead bases within key accounts and analyze "tech landscapes" (e.g., scraping client job boards to identify hidden talent gaps and real tech stacks).
Stakeholder Mapping: Identify Decision Makers (LPR) and Influencers to build a map of mutual influence within target organizations.
Hyper-Personalization: Use LLMs to synthesize LinkedIn activity, interviews, or quarterly reports into high-relevance "hooks" for your outreach.
3. Deal Momentum & Conversion Management
Funnel Velocity: Take complete ownership of the pipeline; ensure no lead or warm contact stalls in the funnel by maintaining relentless, value-driven follow-ups.
Proposal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and technical squads to quickly assemble tailored candidate presentations and tech proposals for prospects.
Trigger-Based Selling: Monitor business signals—such as funding rounds, tech stack shifts, leadership changes, or hiring surges—to instantly pitch our tech capacity to US targets.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in IT Outstaffing / Staff Augmentation / Nearshore software development sales targeting the US market.
Track Record: Documented success in both outbound hunting and contract closing (AE/BDR hybrid). You must be completely comfortable with quotas and running active outreach from scratch.
Language: Bilingual or Native-level English (C2) is mandatory. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with no heavy accent are essential for running high-stakes discovery calls with US decision-makers.
Tech & AI Savvy: Fast comprehension of complex tech stacks (SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML) and daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce) to automate and optimize your own outreach workflow.
Soft Skills: High level of persistence, strategic empathy, grit, and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes in mid-market and enterprise organizations.

Contract Type: Freelance contract. Long term.
Compensation: Base salary + aggressive, uncapped commission package based on closed deals. Payment in USD
