We are a technology-driven trading firm operating across the full stack – from strategy research to low-latency execution infrastructure.

We're not scaling headcount for the sake of it. We're focused on talent density – finding exceptional people, developing them, and building an environment where high performers grow. We need an HRBP who can work directly with the founder and senior leaders – not as a support function, but as a thinking partner who shapes decisions and resolves what others can't.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and team leads – from org design to individual situations with no clear playbook.
  • Facilitate complex negotiations between stakeholders – role changes, team restructures, unspoken tensions.
  • Handle complex individual cases end-to-end: conflict mediation, performance issues, career transitions, interpersonal dynamics.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees: 1:1 work on growth and self-awareness, structured career paths, internal mobility.
  • Design and run performance review cycles – calibration, difficult conversations, outcomes.
  • Own onboarding, career development frameworks, and offboarding with real feedback loops.

Requirements

  • HRBP experience in high-growth international environments (fintech, tech, or similar) – ideally in companies up to 500 people.
  • Proven track record working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
  • Real experience with complex individual cases: conflict mediation, difficult feedback, performance management.
  • Ability to facilitate hard conversations between strong personalities – under pressure, without losing credibility.
  • Coaching background or practice (ICF, psychology, org development) is a strong plus.
  • Experience building HR processes from scratch, not just running them.
  • Comfortable making independent decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • English C1+.
