Operational Specialist

🚀 We are hiring: Operation Specialist (Russia) – Remote

We are looking for a Operation Specialist who is ready to join a leading global social entertainment company.

If you have experience working with streamers, creator platforms, agencies, or live streaming products, this role could be a great next step for you.
 

💰 Salary: up to 220,000 RUB

🌍 Remote / Work from anywhere

What you will do:

• Build and maintain relationships with users, including VIP users, to improve satisfaction and retention
• Communicate with top-up/payment partners, track performance, and support revenue growth
• Handle user inquiries, complaints, and daily issues with fast and accurate responses
• Collect user feedback (surveys, interviews) and turn insights into actionable reports
• Participate in feature testing, document user flows, and report issues to product teams
• Support execution of local campaigns (holidays, promotions, product updates)
• Assist with daily operational and support tasks

What we are looking for:

• Experience in user operations / customer support / payment support / product operations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both VIP and regular users
• High responsibility, proactive mindset, and ability to handle urgent situations
• Data-driven approach: able to analyze and structure user feedback
• Good multitasking and time management skills
• Familiarity with social apps / live-streaming / voice or video platforms is a plus
• English — working proficiency
