We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.

Responsibilities
- Provide internal IT support to company employees (L1/L2).
- Handle incoming requests via HelpDesk and corporate communication channels.
- Resolve incidents related to software, access rights, hardware, and corporate services.
- Support ERP (user / advanced user level):
- Analyze and reproduce issues.
- Perform initial diagnostics.
- Verify business process flows.
- Properly escalate complex cases.
- Configure and manage user access rights.
- Collaborate with DevOps, ERP specialists, and developers.
- Monitor SLA compliance and maintain transparent task statuses.
- Contribute to and maintain the internal Knowledge Base.
- Participate in continuous improvement of support processes.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support (or a strong junior with high motivation).
- English B1+.
- Solid knowledge of Windows and MacOS.
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS).
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Understanding of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and corporate services.
- Experience working with ERP systems at user level (Priority ERP is a plus).
- Ability to clearly document issues, reproduction steps, and collect logs.
- Strong user-oriented communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work within SLA.
- Ownership mindset — committed to resolving issues fully, not just closing tickets.
