Senior SMM Manager

XPANCEO is a deep‑tech unicorn developing smart contact lenses as the ultimate interface for AI‑powered XR computing. We are looking for a strong SMM specialist to support our marketing communications by creating and scaling social media content that drives engagement, reach, and conversion.

Work format: Remote, with possible business travel.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute a dynamic social media content strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook*, Twitter/X,
  Instagram*), combining diverse formats and innovative approaches to capture audience attention;
• Lead and coordinate a creative team, including copywriters and designers, to produce compelling, on-brand social media content;
• Collaborate with a paid media/targeting specialist to expand reach, effectively attract new followers, and engage target accounts;
• Initiate and manage viral marketing campaigns to significantly grow our follower base and brand visibility;
• Launch and grow our presence on new platforms from scratch, building an active and engaged community;
• Build and maintain relationships with bloggers and influencers to amplify the brand’s voice and reach;
• Create and curate high-quality video and photo content independently and in collaboration with external partners;
• Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and social media metrics, using insights for continuous improvement and innovation.
  
  What we’re looking for
   
• Higher education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing social media for well-known brands, with a portfolio of successful campaigns;
• Genuine passion for technology, gadgets, and innovation, with a strong sense of industry trends;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
