About the Role

As a Growth Product Manager at Glam, you will fully own and lead monetization funnels inside the mobile app from activation to conversion and revenue growth.

You will be responsible for designing, launching, analyzing, and iterating product features and flows that directly impact core metrics: conversion to paid, renewals, retention, ARPU, and LTV.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Funnel Ownership

• Own end-to-end mobile app funnels: onboarding, activation, paywalls, subscriptions, renewals, upsells, and reactivation.
• Identify drop-offs and growth opportunities across the funnel and systematically improve them.
• Design and iterate onboarding flows and monetization experiences within the mobile app.

Product Experiments & A/B Testing

• Formulate clear growth hypotheses and validate them via A/B tests.
• Own experiment design: success metrics, sample size logic, duration, and result interpretation.
• Balance short-term revenue impact with long-term retention and LTV.

Product Analytics & Amplitude

• Be hands-on with Amplitude: cohorts, funnels, behavioral analysis.
• Analyze paid vs organic cohorts, subscription types, pricing tiers, and renewal behavior.
• Turn data into clear product decisions.

Monetization & Subscription Growth

• Optimize subscription flows (weekly / monthly / annual).
• Improve renewal rates, paid retention, and lifetime value.
• Work on pricing, paywall logic, discounts, bundles, and trial mechanics.
• Closely track LTV, ARPPU, churn, and payback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work daily with Design to build high-converting UX flows.
• Partner with Marketing to align paid acquisition with in-app economics (CAC → LTV).
• Communicate insights and results clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

Experience

• 2–3+ years as a Product Analyst / Growth Product Manager in mobile apps.
• Strong background in subscription-based products.
• Proven experience leading growth experiments that moved real metrics.

Core Skills

• Strong product analytics skills.
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude (required).
• Deep understanding of retention, churn, LTV, ARPU, paywalls, and subscriptions.
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results correctly.
• Ability to translate numbers into product changes.

Mindset
