Fullstack Engineer (Node.js/Typescript)

💼 Product:

A core AI-powered platform used to run and improve critical business workflows. The product supports operational processes across multiple stages of the customer lifecycle. A large part of the opportunity is to turn fragmented, manual workflows into structured, scalable, and increasingly automated product flows.

👨‍💻 Role:

We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer with a backend-heavy focus to help shape and build the company’s core platform. You’ll work on a mix of legacy modernisation, new product development, and workflow automation, solving technically and operationally complex problems with direct business impact.

🎯 Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services in Node.js/TypeScript
• Сontribute to frontend development in React
• Design and improve scalable architecture, engineering standards, and development workflows
• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions

🛠 Tech stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Fastify, tRPC, React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, MySQL, drizzle-orm, Docker, CI/CD, Sentry, ELK

📋 What we expect:

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript
• Systems thinking with proven ability to design architecture and justify technical decisions
• Strong business sense: you understand how engineering decisions drive profitability
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with resilience, adaptability, and bias for action
• Fluent English
