Junior Copywriter

We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter to support our communications team and take ownership of day-to-day written content across press, social media, and print materials.

What you’ll do

• Write and edit company content for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
• Support day-to-day social media workflows, primarily on LinkedIn.
• Assist with press releases and media materials.
• Translate and adapt content between Russian and English.
• Create copy for print materials and marketing materials, including conference leaflets, brochures, flyers, one-pagers, and other assets for our events and showcases.
• Adapt and tailor messaging for different audiences and contexts.
• Proofread and edit newsletters.
• Prepare short briefs and reference materials.
• Work within established brand tone-of-voice and editorial guidelines to ****maintain a consistent and recognizable XPANCEO voice across all channels and formats.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a copywriter or content writer (experience in tech startups, tech media, or tech journalism is a strong plus)
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Familiarity with core media formats and content distribution
• Experience working across multiple copy formats — from short-form marketing assets to newsletters and media articles
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and consistency
