Talent Sourcer

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for a variety of roles (tech, product, commercial, operations) across portfolio companies
• Proactively identify talent via LinkedIn, databases, communities, and other channels
• Conduct initial outreach and maintain candidate pipelines
• Screen CVs and assess candidate fit against role requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers and support interview processes
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting
• Contribute to employer branding and sourcing strategy improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment (in-house, agency, or startup environment)
• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Interest in startups, technology, and venture capital
