Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase revenue.
- Convert warm leads into new B2B client partnerships.
- Proactively target, approach, and secure contracts with large-scale prospective clients.
- Conduct in-depth industry research to customize solutions for client needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations of the company's products to prospects.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Work in tandem with internal teams (Account Management, Support, Compliance, Operations) to enhance product offerings and identify new business avenues.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report sales progress to department leadership.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales within FinTech
- Motivated, proactive, and results-driven professional with a strong work ethic
- Experience working with high-risk industries like iGaming, Crypto, Forex
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network and ability to open doors with enterprise clients
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
