Product Analyst (Remote)
We’re looking for a pragmatic, autonomous Product Analyst who can work end-to-end with data — from extracting and validating it to running sound A/B tests and turning insights into real product impact.
This role is for someone who thinks in terms of product and business outcomes, not just dashboards and reports. You’ll join a mature product analytics team, work closely with product managers and business stakeholders, and have real influence on product decisions and experimentation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Apply variance reduction methods (CUPED) and advanced statistical techniques (Bootstrap, etc.) to accelerate experiments and improve accuracy;
- Conduct quasi-experiments and evaluate the impact of changes using Causal Inference methods (Diff-in-Diff, Synthetic Control, PSM) when classic A/B testing is not feasible.
- Identify product growth opportunities based on data analysis (LTV, Retention, Funnels);
- Formulate and validate hypotheses regarding changes in mechanics, bonus offers, and UI;
- Segment users and analyze behavioral patterns (Churn analysis, High-value customers) for targeted impact;
- Build and analyze Customer Journey Maps using quantitative data; reconstruct actual user behavior scenarios and identify barriers to achieving target actions;
- Conduct full-cycle A/B tests, from experiment design and sample size calculation (Sample Size, MDE) to analyzing results and interpreting findings.
What we're looking for in a candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics;
- Strong background in Mathematical Statistics: deep understanding of probability theory and statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, distributions, and multiple testing problems;
- Python: advanced proficiency in data analysis and statistical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels);
- SQL: advanced level, including window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and working with complex data structures.
- Experience with Causal Inference libraries (CausalML, DoWhy);
- Understanding of the iGaming domain, including key metrics and specifics (GGR, NGR, Wagering, Bonus Abuse);
- Basic Machine Learning skills (scikit-learn) for classification and clustering tasks;
- Experience writing clean, reproducible, and maintainable Python and SQL code.
What we offer:
- Remote work;
- Competitive salary, determined based on interview results;
- Fully covered sick leave and vacation;
- Work equipment provided;
- 5/2 schedule with a flexible start to your workday;
- Benefit package (sports, healthcare, education);
- Everything you need to succeed, support for your ideas and initiatives!
