We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can hire top engineers across multiple regions, run fast and predictable hiring processes, and own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer.
What you’ll do
- Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with talent for future opportunities.
- Source globally (CIS, Central Asia, Balkans, LATAM, APAC).
- Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with talents for future opportunities.
- Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire)
- Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting talent
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers
- Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices
What we’re looking for
- Over 5 years of general recruitment experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of that experience must be in IT recruitment, ideally within an outsourcing or IT services company.
- Strong sourcing skills (boolen search, X-ray)
- Experience hiring in multiple geographies.
- Professional English, written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working under SLAs.
- Ownership mindset and ability to manage several roles at once.
