I am looking for a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to take ownership of pricing analytics and monetization strategy across multiple B2B products. Fully remote!
This role is highly analytical and business-oriented. You will work at the intersection of Product, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership, turning complex pricing data into clear, actionable recommendations that directly impact revenue, margins, and market positioning.
What you will do
-Conduct deep pricing and monetization analysis across products and packages
-Build and maintain pricing models, including sensitivity analysis, elasticity models, unit economics, and scenario simulations
-Analyze competitors’ pricing structures, packaging, discounting logic, and monetization approaches
-Design pricing packages, discount frameworks, and promotional mechanics with clear financial justification
-Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue, margins, conversion, and competitiveness
-Translate business and product questions into structured analytical frameworks
-Prepare clear, data-driven pricing recommendations and present them to stakeholders
-Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams on pricing initiatives
What we expect
-Strong experience in pricing analytics, pricing strategy, product monetization, revenue management, or similar roles
-Ability to build advanced pricing models (LTV, elasticity, sensitivity, segmented pricing, unit economics)
-Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (complex formulas, -scenarios, modeling)
-Solid experience working with data: SQL, dashboards, analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
-Strong understanding of product metrics and factors influencing pricing decisions
-Experience conducting competitive and market pricing analysis
-Ability to simplify complex models into clear business insights
-Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and high level of ownership
-Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations to stakeholders
-Comfort working with ambiguity and building frameworks from scratch
-Good level of English for daily work in an international team
Nice to have
-Background in product analytics, strategy, pricing, consulting, FP&A, or revenue operations
-Experience with B2B tech, SaaS, fintech, trading, or brokerage products
-Experience working in cross-functional product teams
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning pricing end-to-end, working hands-on with data, and directly influencing how products are monetized and positioned in the market.
