We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive acquisition, revenue, and membership sales for a next-generation crypto neobank built on Solana. You’ll be responsible for retail user acquisition, creator-driven growth, and premium-tier sales across a DeFi-powered mobile fintech app. The role blends fintech marketing, retail conversion, UGC and TikTok-native growth, and Web3 messaging for a global Solana audience.

About the Role and the Project:

A premium crypto neobank built on Solana, offering the world’s first debit + credit card backed entirely by on-chain assets. The platform allows users to spend crypto without selling it, unlock credit limits backed by their tokens, activate Borrow Mode, earn through a savings hub, upgrade to premium memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Your main mission: scale membership revenue and build the product funnels that convert users from install → card → spend → paid tiers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads

• Produce high-performing UGC video creatives

• Run A/B tests and scale winning campaigns

• Reduce CPI/CAC across acquisition funnels

• Increase conversion into Silver, Gold, Platinum tiers

• Develop, test, and refine offers

• Launch upsell and activation campaigns

• Build “premium value” perception for the brand

• Design full product funnels: install → card → spend → membership

• Explain complex fintech/DeFi mechanics in simple language

• Showcase benefits of premium tiers

• Create lifestyle-driven communication for broader audiences

• Work with TikTok/Instagram creators

• Collaborate with Web3 and Solana influencers

• Launch creator challenges, integrations, and review formats

• Drive UGC waves tied to membership themes

• Growth Mechanics & Retention: Cashback and incentive campaigns, Welcome bonuses, XP, referral programs, loyalty leveling, Email/push/nudge lifecycle flows

• Track CAC → Membership conversions

• Monitor tier-based LTV and price sensitivity

• Analyze cohorts and trigger-based campaigns

• Deliver weekly membership revenue reports

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech: neobanks, mobile banking, cards, payments, crypto-cards, or CEX/DeFi apps

• Strong background in mobile growth and performance marketing

• Ability to produce UGC videos hands-on

• Experience with TikTok Ads and Meta Ads

• Experience with paid subscriptions or premium tiers (preferred)

• Ability to explain fintech products clearly and simply

• High execution speed, hands-on mindset

• English at B2+

Nice to Have:

• Background in crypto-fintech (e.g., Phantom, Binance Card, Crypto.com, Nexo, Swissborg, Pyra, etc.)

• Understanding of Solana and on-chain mechanics

• Experience with mobile app subscription funnels

• Skills in editing / Figma / CapCut / Premiere

• Experience working with influencers
