Junior Recruiter/HR

We’re seeking a Junior Recruiter/HR who will help us with job postings and candidate filtering to bring A-players to the team in line with management requests.

Responsibilities (in order of priority):

• Building a headhunting strategy to narrow down an appropriate candidate
• Job-posting on the platforms that we already use, and looking for additional platforms appropriate to our HR tasks
• Identifying and contacting potential candidates 
• Participating in interviews with candidates using the Topgrading method (video interviews, screening phone calls)
• Delivering a review summary for each candidate after 1st interview
• Assisting with new employees' onboarding (guiding, testing, supporting new team members, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment of technical and non-technical positions (at least 1 year)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or similar 
• English: Intermediate+
• Attention to detail, good time-management skill
• Tech-savvy and fast learner
