BeExec is an HR consultancy specializing in Executive Search. We successfully close CEO and CEO-1 level roles for technology businesses and companies undergoing large-scale transformations. Our mission is to identify top-tier professionals and help candidates build their dream careers.
 

We are currently looking for a Junior Consultant to join our International Recruitment Team, focusing on IT, Digital, Product, etc. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a Team Lead, directly contributing to complex project closures with a heavy focus on deep, research-driven project work.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Executive Search Delivery: Proactive search and assessment of candidates for Product, IT, and Data roles.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Market mapping of tech companies and ecosystems. Analyzing global labor market trends.
  • Full-Cycle Support: Assisting from initial sourcing and interviews to organizing client meetings and supporting the offer stage.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating the candidate database (CRM) and analyzing the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
  • Expertise Development: Rapidly immersing yourself in the specifics of IT, Product Management, and Data to engage in confident dialogue with high-level candidates.
     

What we expect from you:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, HR, consulting, analytics, or the Product/IT sector. An understanding of processes and roles within tech companies is a major plus.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher is mandatory for interacting with international candidates and clients.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
  • Mindset: Analytical skills and a genuine curiosity about technology and business.
    Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within an expert environment.
