Our solution operates across three streams to boost sales for developers during the off-plan stage of residential property sales. We focus on visualization and offer a quick selection of options for clients choosing apartments, whether for investment or personal living. The tool is currently used by agents and sales managers on all devices.

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a highly autonomous and systematic Executive Personal Assistant to work closely with the CEO. This is a remote role that requires alignment with the CEO's timezone (a timezone difference of up to -3 hours is preferable). If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on structure and precision, we would love to talk to you.

Our ideal candidate:
- Degree in a non-liberal arts field such as Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related area.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, functions, data management).
- Proven experience in handling business documentation (contracts, supplements, invoices).
Desirable:
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Basic understanding of risk assessment in business documents.
What will you do in this position?
- Executive Support: Act as a force multiplier for the CEO by handling a wide range of business and personal tasks, ensuring their time is focused on strategic priorities.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and format contracts, supplements, and other business documents.
- Financial Administration: Create and manage spreadsheets, budgets, and estimates using advanced Excel functions.
- Invoicing: Issue and control invoices for clients and partners.
- Workflow Organization: Maintain an efficient document flow and ensure all tasks are completed punctually.
- Handling a variety of ad-hoc business and personal tasks (e.g., research, logistics, information gathering).
