About the Role

As an SMM Manager at Glam, you’ll shape the voice and presence of the brand across all major social platforms - LinkedIn, Instagram*, X (Twitter), Discord, and Threads.

Your mission will be to grow awareness, engagement, and community love around Glam’s AI-powered creativity tools. You’ll create bold, trend-driven content, spark conversations, and help make Glam one of the most recognized AI brands online.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram*, X (Twitter), Discord, and Threads.
• Create engaging posts, visuals, and short-form videos that highlight Glam’s AI features and community stories.
• Manage and grow our social channels, driving engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR) and continuously optimize content.
• Identify trends, test new content formats (reels, memes, threads, polls), and experiment with innovative ideas.
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, and community partners.

Qualifications

1. Experience & Skills:
   • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts or communities (apps, brands, startups, or personal projects).
   • Strong creative and storytelling skills — you can turn AI features into engaging social moments.
   • Understanding of platform algorithms and social growth mechanics.
   • Comfortable working with data and performance insights.
   • Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Notion.
   • Passion for AI, content, and internet culture.
2. Nice to Have:
   • Experience managing Discord or community channels.
   • Basic video editing or motion design skills.
   • Interest in influencer or ambassador marketing.
