Your Role

Hands-on builder working directly with founders, product, and design.

Your goal: deliver production-ready MVPs that go well beyond basic “chat-with-docs” prototypes:

• Multi-modal inputs (structured data + text queries)
• Scaled RAG (vector DB + rerankers + hybrid search)
• Multi-agent orchestration (planner, retriever, summarizer, critic)
• Built-in observability & evals (latency, cost, precision/recall)
• Clean, user-friendly UI (Retool, Bubble, or custom)

Required

• Fluent English + Russian (daily communication with international founders and Russian team)
• 4+ years backend or full-stack (Python or Node.js or Go + React preferred)
• Daily use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, etc.)
• Experience with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, local LLMs) — prompt chaining and refinement
• Prompt engineering & orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Vector databases & retrieval (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• AI-assisted testing and debugging
• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
