💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised Account Manager / Accounts Receivable & Sales Administrator to support our growing B2B pipeline and ensure smooth financial operations.

This role directly influences our cash flow, customer satisfaction, and internal sales processes.

🔧 Key Requirements:

• Experience in Account Management / Accounts Receivable / Sales Admin

• B2B SaaS background (strong advantage)

• Strong invoicing & billing experience

• Excellent English communication

• Confident with Excel / Google Sheets

• Structured, proactive, reliable

💼 Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices & track payments

• Communicate with clients on account status

• Maintain accurate financial records

• Assist sales team with admin tasks

• Prepare AR & ageing reports
