Senior Technical Recruiter

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can hire top engineers across multiple regions, run fast and predictable hiring processes, and own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer.

Responsibilities

• Hire for technical roles: Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.
• Source globally (CIS, Central Asia, Balkans, LATAM, APAC)
• Maintain ATS hygiene, track funnel metrics, and improve hiring processes.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and English-speaking clients.
• Drive pipeline building, outreach, and process automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years in IT (outstaff/outsourcing a big plus).
• Strong sourcing skills (boolen search, X-ray)
• Experience hiring in multiple geographies.
• Fluent English; fast, transparent communication.
• Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working under SLAs.
• Ownership mindset and ability to manage several roles at once.

Nice to have

• Experience in outstaff/outsourcing delivery.
• Understanding of EOR and international hiring.
