We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can hire top engineers across multiple regions, run fast and predictable hiring processes, and own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer.
Responsibilities
- Hire for technical roles: Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.
- Source globally (CIS, Central Asia, Balkans, LATAM, APAC)
- Maintain ATS hygiene, track funnel metrics, and improve hiring processes.
- Communicate clearly with candidates and English-speaking clients.
- Drive pipeline building, outreach, and process automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years in IT (outstaff/outsourcing a big plus).
- Strong sourcing skills (boolen search, X-ray)
- Experience hiring in multiple geographies.
- Fluent English; fast, transparent communication.
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working under SLAs.
- Ownership mindset and ability to manage several roles at once.
Nice to have
- Experience in outstaff/outsourcing delivery.
- Understanding of EOR and international hiring.
