About the role  

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager who will take full ownership of the GetBlock community, develop its growth strategy, and execute it in practice.
The mission is to build a vibrant, scalable, and valuable community around the product — including clients, partners, developers, and all contributors to the GetBlock Web3 ecosystem.
 

Responsibilities

Strategy & Development

  • Develop and launch the community growth strategy.
  • Define core processes: onboarding, engagement, participant activation.

Community Management

  • Manage and grow Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn channels.
  • Run regular activities: discussions, posts, Q&A sessions, updates.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and BD teams to engage users.

Online/Offline Events

  • Host AMAs, webinars, community calls, and partner sessions.
  • Organize small offline meetups and activities at Web3 conferences.
  • Analyze event performance and continuously improve processes.

Content & Social Media

  • Create or coordinate content: posts, announcements, educational materials.
  • Work with design and marketing teams to maintain a unified tone of voice and branding.

Partnership Activities

  • Engage partners and ecosystem projects in the community.
  • Support joint activities, integrations, and collaborations.

Operations

  • Build playbooks: guidelines, onboarding flows, moderation processes.
  • Track key metrics: growth, engagement, retention, user funnel.
     

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, Web3, SMM, tech, or gaming.
  • Experience organizing online/offline events.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and ability to build processes from scratch.
  • Understanding of Web3 and ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
  • Strong written and spoken English. Аdditional languages (e.g., Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
