Our solution operates across three streams to boost sales for developers during the off-plan stage of residential property sales. We focus on visualization and offer a quick selection of options for clients choosing apartments, whether for investment or personal living. The tool is currently used by agents and sales managers on all devices.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer with experience in Next.js and Django to deploy and customize a pre-built web catalog for real estate developers, handling both frontend and backend tasks and ensuring catalogs are delivered on time and meet all requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment and customization of a pre-built web catalog for real estate developers based on Next.js, Django, and PostgreSQL.
• Frontend: UI refinement according to design layouts including styles customization, light functional customization including updates to forms, buttons, filters, etc. Adding renders and masks to the application. Extending or adjusting default frontend events.
• Backend: Adding data to the database, implementing backend updates to support new features required by frontend customization, integrating with the client’s CRM/ERP systems or product feeds.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in the following tech stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, Django, PostgreSQL, API integrations.
• Experience using Git and its branching strategies.
• CI/CD: understanding and practical usage.
• Experience working on waterfall projects with strict deadlines, with ability to provide accurate estimates and meet committed timelines.
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaborating with other team members, including managers, designers, QA engineers and other developers to clarify information promptly and communicate potential risks early.
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
