Web & App Analyst

We are Allformance, an international team specializing in marketing analytics and AdTech. In partnership with Google, TikTok, Snap, Amazon and other platforms, we work with leading clients in fintech, gaming, and e-commerce. We develop our own analytics and advertising solutions and help companies achieve measurement maturity and scale their business.

We are now looking for a Web & App Analyst who will strengthen our service analytics team (GA4 & GA360, Firebase, AppsFlyer) and support sales in GA360 pre-sales activities. We need a professional who combines technical expertise with strong soft skills, capable of communicating with clients and explaining complex concepts in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Create measurement plans and technical documentation, helping clients translate business objectives into clear, measurable KPIs.
• Conduct audits and implement analytics for web and mobile products: configure GA4 and Firebase, optimize events and parameters, identify gaps in tracking, and propose improvements.
• Work with GTM and server-side GTM: design tag architecture, set up advanced tracking scenarios, and implement solutions that take into account cookie and privacy restrictions.
• Support the sales team in GA360 pre-sales: participate in client meetings, demonstrate the platform’s value, and prepare arguments and use cases.
• Work with raw data in BigQuery: build queries, validate data quality, perform ad-hoc analyses, and uncover insights that drive marketing optimization.
• Create reports and visualizations: leverage GA4 Reports and Explorations, and create custom reports in Looker Studio based on BigQuery data to address client-specific needs.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in web and mobile analytics – GA4 and Firebase are required; AppsFlyer / Adjust is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to present and educate.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with BigQuery.
• Python skills (pandas, API integrations) are an advantage.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
• Russian — fluent (C1+).
