About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project/Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across our organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure project scope, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing issues and managing expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expert in project management tools (Jira, Confluence.).
• Ability to analyze complex situations and find effective solutions.
• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Experience in iGaming is an advantage.
• English - upper intermediate or higher
