About the Role

As a User Acquisition (UA) at Glam AI, you will not only run and optimize performance marketing campaigns but also take on a product ownership role to improve the full user acquisition funnel. Your mission will be to align UA strategies with product growth, drive scalable user acquisition efforts, and use data-driven insights to enhance conversion rates and monetization.

📈 Salary Growth: This role includes a salary increase based on the success of the project. Your compensation will scale as key KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates) improve.

Key Responsibilities

• Create test plans and experiment with various UA initiatives to identify the highest impact opportunities;
• Analyze and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Test and rotate creatives to ensure optimal performance.
• Generate ideas and develop technical briefs for new creatives.
• Convert analytics into product hypotheses to drive campaign success.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with advertising platforms like Meta, Google Ads.
• Proven experience with web paid traffic for websites with subscription-based monetization.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Appsflyer, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Firebase.
• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
• Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, in-app, Linkedin.
