What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a UGC Line Producer — a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who loves making things run smoothly.

In this role, you’ll communicate with creators from around the world, coordinate the production process, and help them create engaging, high-quality UGC content.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with creators — stay in touch, answer questions, and support them at every stage of the production process.
• Select and assign creators from our database to match each project’s goals and style.
• Coordinate online shoots, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Track deadlines and identify potential bottlenecks early to prevent delays.
• Dive deep into production details, resolving complex or conflict situations effectively.
• Take ownership of results, ensuring the team delivers high-quality content that meets project goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can easily connect with people and handle details with care.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (production coordination, creator management, or project management).
• English level B2 or higher — you’ll be working and communicating with creators from around the globe.
• Ability to explain complex things clearly, so everyone understands the task from the first message.
• Strong team player attitude — you support colleagues and work toward shared success.
• Excellent multitasking and stress management skills — you stay organized and calm even under pressure.
