Intern UGC Creative Producer

We’re looking for an Intern UGC Creative Producer — a person who wants to step into the world of creative production, learn fast, and grow in a team that combines creativity and technology.

You’ll assist our creative producers and learn how to develop video ads and UGC content using modern tools and AI helpers.

This is your chance to start your journey in digital production, discover how ads are made, and build real skills in one of the fastest-growing areas of marketing.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to analyze ad trends and research top-performing creatives across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and other platforms.
• Assist in brainstorming ideas and writing simple video scripts (UGC, TikTok-style, storytelling, testimonials).
• Support creative producers during the production process, helping with feedback and quality checks.
• Take part in team brainstorms, share your ideas, and observe how creative concepts come to life.
• Gradually learn how to use tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, or simple automation via n8n — we’ll teach you everything step by step.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and invest your time into mastering the creative production process.
• Curiosity for social media, advertising, and storytelling.
• Understanding of what works on TikTok, Meta, and other platforms.
• English level B2–C1 — you’ll work with international projects and examples.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Bonus points if you’ve already tried creating scripts, videos, or explored AI tools before.
