🧠 About the role

We’re looking for a frontend/fullstack developer, who will own the entire frontend – from architecture decisions to deployment. This role is ideal for someone who’s not just a strong coder, but also a product-minded builder who enjoys turning ideas into real impact.

⚡ What you’ll do

• Be the first frontend engineer, defining architecture, best practices, and frontend culture.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance React apps used by patients, clinicians, and internal teams.
• Create dashboards and internal UI tools for data analysis with secure multi-tenant access, working closely with product and design.
• Translate prototypes into production-ready, functional, and responsive interfaces.
• Drive the end-to-end development of new features, taking ideas from concept to launch with both technical excellence and business impact.

🎯 What we expect

• Deep production experience with React.js.
• Confident in TypeScript, Tailwind and modern frontend tooling like Vite and Webpack.
• Proactive and startup-minded: You don't wait for tickets - you take initiative, identify technical challenges, make decisions independently and drive features end-to-end.
• Strong UX instincts and a good eye for design – comfortable talking to users and gathering feedback.
• Solid understanding of APIs and frontend-backend interactions; experience with Python (FastAPI) is a huge plus.
• Professional-level English.

Experience in:

• Early-stage startup or freelance experience, or experience as a founding engineer.
• Healthtech, fintech, or other regulated B2B web applications.
• Working with insurance/clinical data.
• Creating form builders, or developing data dashboards.

• Hackathons or independent AI projects.
• Full-stack or hands-on exposure to backend development.
