💻 What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take over part of the project management responsibilities across our portfolio of projects, which includes:
- Managing client onboarding and launches;
- Overseeing ongoing platform development;
- Handling customizations for specific clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and synchronizing the work of the IT development team;
- Managing regular project processes such as release planning and sprint reviews;
- Taking full ownership of project delivery - managing timelines, quality, resources, scope, risks, and priorities;
- Maintaining and prioritizing the project backlog, planning milestones, releases, and the roadmap;
- Preparing and delivering presentations of project results (both interim and final).
✅ Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
- Proven experience working with SaaS products (preferably in delivery or logistics sectors);
- Ability to manage development teams based on data, including collecting, aggregating, and analyzing key metrics;
- Strong understanding of IT systems and architecture;
- Hands-on experience in setting up and improving IT team processes;
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies;
- Excellent self-organization and ability to coordinate distributed teams;
- Proficiency in Jira, Miro, and Notion;
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to:
- Provide concise and constructive feedback;
- Incorporate business feedback into your work;
- Build efficient collaboration and strong, trust-based relationships;
- Professional English (B2 or higher) - both spoken and written.
