About the Role

As a Recruiter at Glam, you’ll play a key role in scaling a fast-growing AI company by supporting hiring processes, candidate communications, and internal HR operations. You’ll work closely with senior HR specialists and team leads, managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, and helping to nurture a positive team culture.

This role is perfect for an early-career HR professional eager to take ownership of key hiring and onboarding processes, develop quickly, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, pre-screening, and coordinating interviews for open roles.
• Communicate with candidates via email and Telegram, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
• Publish and update job descriptions across multiple platforms (Notion, company website, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Organize feedback collection and track candidate progress throughout all hiring stages.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth adaptation process.
• Maintain HR databases and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with senior HR and team leads to optimize hiring processes and strengthen the company’s employer brand.
• Stay updated on modern recruiting tools and trends to introduce new sourcing and communication methods.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Telegram, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Understanding of the key stages of the hiring process.
• Experience hiring in IT or creative industries is a plus.
