ML Engineer

We are looking for a ML Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience deploying ML models in cloud environments.

We specialize in building AI and data-driven solutions, helping organizations turn fragmented data into actionable insights and develop end-to-end ML/AI systems, automated pipelines, and analytics dashboards.

Requirements:

Strong Python skills and experience with Jupyter/Colab. Knowledge of Scala is a plus.

Experience with MLOps tools, including model versioning, deployment/orchestration, and monitoring solutions.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including production ML model deployment.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

Experience applying AI/ML to real product tasks (NLP, LLM or generative models).

Strong understanding of model inference, optimization techniques, and practical deployment.

Ability to improve model efficiency (latency, throughput, caching, batching, compression, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Designing and optimizing ML model development and deployment pipelines.

Implementing CI/CD with GitHub Actions, including model testing and validation.

Building ETL and training pipelines using CI/CD and Airflow.

Monitoring and analyzing model performance using relevant monitoring tools.
