About us
High Ground Games is a game outsourcing studio offering LiveOps, full-cycle development, art, analytics & UA support.
We help game studios and publishers scale fast, stay profitable, and keep players happy — with external teams that get it done.

We’re entering a new growth stage and looking for a Senior BDM who lives and breathes the industry, knows who’s who in Europe’s game ecosystem, and is hungry to build business from scratch.
 

Your mission

You’ll be the driving force behind our 2026 growth strategy:

  • Build and expand our network of studio and publisher contacts (from indie to AAA).
  • Secure new contracts and long-term LiveOps deals with EU partners.
  • Shape our business development strategy, track competitors, and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Represent us at key game industry events (yes, travel is part of the deal).
  • Help prepare company speakers and presentations for 2026.
  • Organize small private meetups/conferences for 10–15 key or potential clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to revamp our website and portfolio.

 

Who you are

  • You’re not just experienced — you’re connected. You know studios, publishers, and decision-makers in the EU/US scene.
  • You love deals. You know how to open doors, lead conversations with C-levels, and bring them to the negotiation table.
  • You have a proven track record in game outsourcing, LiveOps, or game tech sales.
  • You’re self-confident, transparent, and focused on results.
  • !!!!! You speak fluent English (C2) and can freely travel across the EU.

  • Focus: Europe, with possible expansion to US/Canada.
