Описание вакансии

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the client’s team.

The company is an advertising network for Web3 projects with its headquarters in Estonia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively searching for and acquiring new clients in international markets;
  • Building and developing long-term partnerships, including agencies and strategic companies;
  • Conducting product presentations and negotiations with decision-makers;
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing;
  • Preparing commercial proposals and participating in deal structuring and terms negotiation;
  • Analyzing the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of leads and partners in CRM.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management;
  • Fluent English (C1);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships;
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and initiating conversations;
  • Ability to work with data, analyze markets, and evaluate potential deals;
  • Excellent time management and self-organization;
  • Self-learning ability with the capacity to acquire new knowledge independently and grow professionally.

Nice to have

  • Work experience in marketing/advertising/crypto.
