The role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who thinks beyond visuals—someone who understands the power of design to communicate, differentiate, and inspire. You'll take an active role in shaping Maxify FX’s visual language across digital platforms, marketing materials, and branding initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Craft and evolve Maxify FX’s visual identity
• Design engaging assets for web, social, and paid media
• Produce high-quality marketing materials: banners, brochures, digital ads, and more (Lead and review the work of junior designers and freelancers)
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams
  Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and industry standards
  
   

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio across digital and print (with focus on digital/social media design)
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Deep understanding of branding, layout, and typography
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Nice to have: experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or fintech
