Our solution operates across three streams to boost sales for developers during the off-plan stage of residential property sales. We focus on visualization and offer a quick selection of options for clients choosing apartments, whether for investment or personal living. The tool is currently used by agents and sales managers on all devices — from TVs in the office to mobile phones.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic Delivery Manager with 3 years of experience in IT, studios, with experience in running multiple projects simultaneously and customizations to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our company's diverse and complex projects. If you are interested in building processes from scratch, remembering to optimize current processes, and being budget oriented - you are exactly who we need!

Our ideal candidate:

• Degree in management, business, engineering or related field or certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) would be an advantage.
• English language proficiency at least Intermediate level to work with international teams and contractors.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in software development, custom development or custom solutions.
• Experience coordinating outside contractors and internal teams, ability to establish effective communication and manage expectations.
• Ability to analyze incomplete project data, clarify it and propose actionable steps for highly efficient execution.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban and others.
• Skills and experience in planning, prioritizing, managing resources, risks and budgets in line with business priorities.
• Ability to manage projects with a high degree of uncertainty and collaborate with cross-functional teams, passion for creating high-performance processes from scratch.
• Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Jira and others.

• Communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with both specialists and customers, ensuring clarity and transparency
• Organizational skills: exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively

What will you do in this position?

• Control and management of several projects simultaneously, including custom development.
• Coordinating the work of external contractors and internal development teams, ensuring their interaction and timely realization of tasks.
• Describing, documenting and keeping project documentation up to date.
• Organizing communication, status meetings and project reporting.
• Managing customer and stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency and adherence to deadlines, budget and quality.
• Analyzing and improving project management processes to increase their efficiency.
