UI/UX Designer

What You'll Do:

• Create design guidelines, systematize design files, develop adaptive versions, and ensure seamless handoff of web products to development.
• Enhance web products by balancing aesthetics, business goals, and user experience.
• Collaborate with a fellow designer to develop innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong logical thinking skills with the ability to process and structure large amounts of data.
• Ability to manage your workload independently, accurately assess tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Figma, particularly for large projects (UI Kit, Auto Layout, Components).
• Ability to quickly develop concepts and tackle projects from a blank slate.
• Understanding that the role involves not only creative tasks but also a significant amount of systematization, adaptive work, and meeting business requirements, which may prioritize functionality over aesthetics.

Hard Skills:

• Experience working with web products/services.
• Strong UI design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into structured design concepts.
• Expertise in transferring layouts to development and creating adaptive designs.
• A systematic approach to design, with a keen eye for components, layout options, and structure.
• Solid understanding of core design principles such as grid systems, color theory, line spacing, and margins, demonstrated through your portfolio.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills.
• Highly developed structural thinking, with the ability to analyze and organize information effectively.
• Detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of design principles.
• Ability to handle stress, accept constructive feedback, and improve upon it.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience working with real estate-related products.
• Are skilled in Adobe Photoshop.
