SEO Manager (remote)

We’re looking for a highly driven SEO Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally including previous work on e-commerce or marketplace platforms. This is a fully remote, full-time, and fully dedicated role, perfect for someone who’s ready to commit exclusively to one project and grow alongside our product and team.

Key Responsibilities:  

● Own our SEO strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with business goals. 

● Deep research & audits: Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits. 

● Traffic & performance monitoring: Use GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities. 

● On-site optimisation: Optimise content, metadata, and page structure for maximum search engine visibility. 

● Link-building strategy: Build high-quality backlinks via guest posts, digital PR, outreach, and collaboration. 

● Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure all pages meet technical SEO standards. 

● Content alignment: Guide and coordinate with a Content Marketer to align SEO objectives with on-site content. 

● Reporting: Deliver clear performance reports using Looker Studio or similar, with actionable insights. 

● Stay ahead of Google: Monitor algorithm updates and continuously adapt strategies accordingly.   

🔧 Preferred Skills & Experience:  

● Minimum 5 years of SEO experience, with a solid track record of results. 

● Previous involvement in e-commerce or marketplace projects is highly preferred. 

● Proven use of Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GA4. 

● Proficiency in on-page, technical, and off-page SEO. 

● Experience managing content strategies, from keyword planning to execution. 

● Knowledge of international SEO and localisation tactics is a big plus. 

● Ability to build SEO-friendly templates and collaborate with dev/design teams. 

● Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.    

Key Deliverables:  

● Weekly updates + monthly/quarterly SEO performance reports. 

● Improved technical SEO health and search engine crawlability. 

● Enhanced keyword rankings and content optimisations. 

● Consistent acquisition of high-quality backlinks and improved domain authority. 

● Tangible, sustainable growth in organic traffic.   

Work Setup:
