A company developing exceptional home devices with mining functionality is looking for a Business Development Manager. This role involves working in a new direction with a test product.

What You'll Do
Take full ownership of launching the company’s new product, from market research and positioning to go-to-market execution.
Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B2C sales strategy, identifying key market opportunities and optimizing the sales funnel.
Business trips in Russia
Build and manage a multi-channel sales approach, leveraging both online and offline sales strategies to maximize reach and conversion.
Identify, engage, and attract new partners, building relationships, and crafting tailored sales pitches.
Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, navigate complex deal structures, and drive agreements to successful closure.
Required experience and skill set
Proven experience in B2B2C sales: strong background in sales to both businesses and consumers.
Experience in online and offline client acquisition.
Ability to understand and work with technical proposals. Will be a plus if you have pre-sale background experience.
Fluent english in both speaking and writing.
Proactive in solving problems and working with new products – always taking initiative to solve challenges and work with new ideas.
Creative approach to sales and business development. You always look for fresh and effective ways to grow the business.
Willingness to international business trips to USA, China etc.
